Fair question.
I've been a career Project Manager for 20+ years, which means I've spent a lot of time making sure complicated things actually get done. I've managed multi-million-dollar IT projects, including one monster of a project that came in at $60 million with 100+ people involved.
That one was a humdinger. 😂
But somewhere along the way, I realized I didn't want to spend my entire life just managing other people's projects.
So I started building a few projects of my own.
Real Estate
I've renovated and flipped 7+ homes, generating $1M+ in profit along the way.
There were some great wins, some spectacular "what the heck did I get myself into?" moments, and more than a few trips to Home Depot than I care to admit.
Investing
I'm also a stock investor, and I have a particular love affair with monthly dividend-paying stocks.
Yes… MONTHLY. 😂
Not quarterly. Not annually. Monthly.
Those investments have helped give me the freedom to be here creating content about the things I genuinely love talking about:
Business. Real Estate. Investing. Entrepreneurship.

A Few Other Things About Me
🌎 I love to travel. I've been to 15 countries and 40 of the 50 United States. Naturally, I'm already planning the next adventure.
❤️ I once worked at a homeless shelter for several years. It was one of the most humbling and meaningful experiences of my life, and it changed the way I look at people, success, and what really matters.
🚗 I love cars. Are they great investments? Absolutely not. 😂 Have I owned 30 of them anyway? Absolutely.
🌴 I live in South Florida, but I grew up in Northwestern Connecticut and have also lived in NYC. I love the countryside just as much as the beach — and I'll never get tired of walking through Central Park.
Basically, I'm happiest somewhere between a beach, a boardroom, a real estate project, a great book, and a road trip.
